  • Monitor dealer inventory levels, sales performance, turn rates, and Months of Supply (MOS) to support distribution and allocation decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain allocation, wholesale, inventory, dealer performance, and distribution reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Support Turn & Earn analyses and provide recommendations to improve allocation effectiveness and inventory productivity.
  • Assist with regional vehicle distribution planning by monitoring inventory availability, production schedules, and demand requirements.
  • Coordinate dealer trades and inventory balancing activities to improve vehicle placement and support retail opportunities.
  • Coordinate miscellaneous vehicle movements, including special programs, marketing units, executive vehicles, training vehicles, and inventory repositioning requirements.
  • Support vehicle invoicing activities, including manual invoicing processes, reconciliations, validations, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor wholesale performance and identify inventory or distribution concerns requiring corrective action.
  • Assist in the analysis of production-to-market supply alignment and provide recommendations to optimize vehicle distribution.

  • Collaborate with Logistics, Sales Operations, Regional Teams, and external service providers to ensure accurate and timely execution of vehicle distribution activities.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses, prepare management reports and support projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Salary range: $60,000 - $82,501
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders, dealers, field staff, and external service providers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret vehicle distribution, inventory, wholesale, allocation, and transportation data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP and vehicle distribution systems preferred.
  • Experience working with transportation operations, SAP, EDI processes, vehicle invoicing, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity, wholesale validation, allocation accuracy, and process compliance.
  • Knowledge of vehicle distribution, transportation, supply chain, inventory management, and automotive retail operations is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities involving dealers, field staff, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle distribution, logistics, transportation, inventory management, automotive operations, or a related analytical role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
