Job summary

Groupe Morneau in Canada is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to help monitor operations, coordinate deliveries and ensure real-time updates in our systems.

You will work with drivers and clients, update TruckMate and ISAAC records, solve urgent issues, and support continuous freight movement in a fast-growing family business with strong values.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or Operations or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in dispatching LTL freights.
• Knowledge in TruckMate.
• Strong organizational skills and multitask.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of road transport laws and regulations (Bill 430) and all safety and compliance procedures.
• Knowledge of ISAAC (asset).

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations, deliveries, and pickups via the computer system to obtain real-time status updates of drivers' actions in the field.
• Update TruckMate and ISAAC records in the system.
• Effectively manage unexpected operational issues as they arise.
• Communicate smoothly with drivers and clients.
• Collaborate with various operational departments.
• Ensure freight moves constantly and remains compliant with regulations.
