Transdev Canada is hiring a Dispatch & Operations Supervisor for an exciting new operation in Kearl Lake (Creeburn)!

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented Dispatch and Operations Supervisor to oversee daily transit operations, ensure seamless service delivery, and support a high-performing team. This role is key to keeping our schedules on track and our clients satisfied.

Your role

1. Manage dispatch operations, ensuring efficient routing and on-time service.
2. Coordinate with drivers and the client to address operational needs.
3. Monitor system performance, adjusting resources as needed.
4. Supervise dispatch staff and provide coaching to improve service quality.
5. Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.

Your profile

• Experience in transportation, industrial operations, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of transportation safety standards and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to perform in high-pressure environments.
• Working schedule consists of fly-in, fly-out, 14 days on, 14 days off rotation with 12-hour split shift days.
• Flights are provided from YEG and YYC, with camp accommodation provided.
• This is a non-unionized position.
