Job summary

Oliver & Bonacini is seeking a dishwashing teammate to support our Back of House operations. You will clean and put away dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots while maintaining a tidy dish area and machines. This is a mostly evening shift role, with potential for part-time or full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dishwasher role or similar environment is an asset.
• Ability to take direction and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Able to spend 100% of the time standing.
• This is a Full or Part time position with mostly evening shifts.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashers efficiently.
• Wash glassware and flatware.
• Polish all glassware and flatware.
• Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, dish carts and dish racks.
• Assist in receiving and stocking supplies/products.
• Safely handle and store cleaning products.
• General dish area maintenance including sweeping, mopping, organization and garbage removal.
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned

Job Description

Under the direction of the Back of House Management Team, our dishwashers clean and put away all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dish area and dish machines.

The day to day:

• Operate dishwashers efficiently.
• Wash glassware and flatware.
• Polish all glassware and flatware.
• Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, dish carts and dish racks.
• Assist in receiving and stocking supplies/products.
