• Organize and stack clean dishes in designated storage areas.

• Safely operate dishwashing equipment and perform appropriate maintenance.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols, proper handling of chemicals with required personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area including removal of garbage and waste.
