Responsibilities :

• Maintain organization and flow during dishwashing
• Practice food safety and sanitation
• General cleaning of the restaurant
• Operate dish machine and handle chemicals safely
• Keep floors and utensils clean and dry
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Requirements :

• 1+ year BOH experience preferred
• Bilingual English / Spanish a plus

• Ability to work in hot / cold environments
