Job summary

OTG at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is hiring a Dishwasher to support our guest experience. You will keep dishware, utensils, and cookware clean and ready for service in a fast-paced airport environment.

Applicants must be 18+, able to lift 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. This on-site role offers a hands-on position within a dynamic hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more.
• Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a guest focus while performing duties
• Load, run, and unload the dish machine
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen
• Assume 100% responsibility for the cleanliness and sanitizing of dishware, utensils, and cookware
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problem to Manager immediately
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
• Clean and sanitize food, preparation, and production areas, as required
• Perform other duties as assigned.

In This Role, You Will:
