Job summary

OTG Exp is seeking a Dishwasher at YYZ Airport to support kitchen and dining operations, ensuring dishware, utensils, and cookware are clean and ready for use.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading the dish machine, maintaining a steady supply of clean tableware, and reporting any dishwasher issues to the manager. Must be 18+, able to lift 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and have flexible nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs or more.
• Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather.

• Maintain a guest focus while performing duties.
• Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
• Assume 100% responsibility for the cleanliness and sanitizing of dishware, utensils, and cookware.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problem to Manager immediately.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Clean and sanitize food, preparation, and production areas, as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
