Job summary

The team must maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and adherence to guidelines while working in a fast-paced dining environment. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods, with good English communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally and 100 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to stand for up to four hours continuously.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat as needed.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Clean front of house areas and perform housekeeping duties.
• Maintain exterior cleaning and follow the established schedule.
• Set up and breakdown the dish machine and ensure proper cleaning.
• Report any dish machine defects to management.
• Wash, store and stock plateware, glassware, and utensils.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature during operation.
• Remove trash and sanitize trash cans throughout the shift.
• Assist with spot-cleaning of floors and surfaces as needed.
• Assist in storing food, equipment, and supplies.Complete all side work as scheduled by management.
