Job summary

ABB invites graduates to join a 24-month Discovery Program designed to rotate through Testing, Field Service, and Engineering, building technical skills, business acumen, and industry knowledge in a global setting. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (IGEE program) or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reasoning abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel 50% within CA & USA for rotations.
• Passport and driving license for travel.

Responsibilities

• Support Testing activities including validation and reporting.
• Assist Field Service during commissioning and customer support.
• Contribute to Engineering projects, design and process optimization.
