Job summary

ARS Responds Canada is seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration projects from start to finish, delivering timely, high-quality outcomes and an exceptional client experience in Ontario. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee emergency and restoration tasks, coordinate resources, communicate with clients and adjusters, monitor budgets, and ensure KPI targets are met.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in construction/restoration.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT) preferred; additional certs asset.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members.
• Read/interpret construction plans and technical docs.
• Knowled ge of construction methods and Ontario Building Code.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, proactive.
• Willing to travel periodically; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee emergency and restoration projects, including scoping, estimating, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Communicate with clients and adjusters to set realistic repair timelines.
• Ensure estimates, timelines, and file completion meet KPIs.
• Monitor budgets, prepare costings, maintain margins.
• Manage invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring contract compliance.
• Uphold high customer service standards and long-term client relationships.
• Lead health and safety and ensure policy compliance.
• Inspect work to ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Balance multiple projects and priorities.
• Execute company initiatives and ensure compliance.
• Provide regular updates on project status.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.
