Job summary

Adecco is currently hiring a Disability Management & Return to Work Coordinator for a 5 year contract in Sudbury, ON. This role targets an experienced disability management professional with WSIB case management, return-to-work programs, and occupational health legislation.

You will coordinate disability and non-occupational claims, manage return-to-work programs, liaise with employees and healthcare professionals, and ensure legislative compliance across WSIA, OHSA, ESA, and OHRC.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability management and WSIB claims.
• Knowledge of OHSA, ESA and OHRC requirements.
• Ability to manage confidential information and coordinate return-to-work plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage WSIB and non-occupational disability claims from reporting to return-to-work.
• Monitor ESRTW programs and communicate with stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation to support compliance and appeals as needed.
• Develop and deliver training on disability management policies.
