Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Directs Store Delivery Associate in Hannon, Ontario. You will coordinate and process direct and local merchandise to ensure on-time delivery to the sales floor and support a smooth shopping experience for customers.

You will receive and process deliveries including OMNI merchandise and alcohol, maintain the receiving area, and train teammates. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays is required. Safety and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Age - 16 or older
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Secure and Manage Merchandise – Ensures high-ticket merchandise is properly secured in designated locations.
• Receive and Process Deliveries – Processes direct and local shipments promptly, including OMNI merchandise and alcohol.
• Receiving Area Organization and Documentation – Maintains a clean receiving area and completes required documentation accurately.
• Safety and Equipment Use – Follows safe practices and proper use of equipment.
• Team Collaboration and Issue Resolution – Works with Operations Manager to resolve receiving issues efficiently.
• Security and Key Control Compliance – Safeguards backdoor access and keys in line with guidelines.
• Cold Chain and Quality Compliance – Follows cold chain procedures and documents information.
• Associate Training and Support – Trains and supports other Directs Store Delivery Associates.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) – Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
