Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or transportation operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Business Central.
• Experience overseeing fleet operations, transportation compliance, and maintenance programs.
• Strong understanding of warehouse best practices including inventory control, lot tracking, and bin management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and put-away, ensuring adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Provide direct leadership for the Warehouse team and Fleet Supervisor; manage staffing and performance.
• Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing in Microsoft Business Central, maintaining inventory integrity.
• Partner with the Inventory Specialist to execute cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy and on-time fulfillment; drive continuous improvement in operations.
• Ensure compliance with CFIA and food safety regulations; supervise safety and quality programs.
• Oversee fleet operations including dispatch, route efficiency, and driver performance; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Utilize telematics data to improve safety, accountability, and cost control; support maintenance programs.
