A leading financial services provider is seeking a Director of Transformation Delivery in Southwestern Ontario. This role focuses on governance and reporting in Global FP&A transformation, supporting the implementation of Anaplan models and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in quantitative disciplines and strong leadership skills. The Global Transformation Delivery team is a fast-paced and dynamic group that provides governance and oversight over the enterprise book of work. Reporting into the Global Lead of Transformation Delivery, the Director of Transformation Delivery will have the opportunity to lead the Governance and Reporting Activities and play a key role in the Global FP&A transformation. The responsibilities include supporting the implementation of the target state Anaplan Model for the Insurance Segments, oversight of the monthly Transformation Committee governance process and Monthly ELT reporting on the Global Initiatives Portfolio. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate competence in cultivating positive relationships across various areas, display financial aptitude, and communicate complex solutions effectively.

Salary range is expected to be between
$105,750.00 CAD - $190,350.00 CAD
