Job summary

CPP Investments is seeking a Director, Technology & Operations Business Management to lead strategic financial and business planning for Technology & Operations, focusing on operational excellence, cost discipline and efficient resource allocation.

You will partner with Group Heads to shape the three-year plan, oversee enterprise planning for Market Data and Cloud, and develop a high-performing team while providing executive-ready insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience managing multiple initiatives and complex timelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with diverse data sets.
Advanced written and verbal communication to stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to partner across functions and synthesize diverse perspectives.

Responsibilities

Lead development of T&O’s three-year financial plan and forecasts for the department.
Partner with Group Heads to align financial planning with priorities and resources.
Analyze data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, translating findings into insights.
Strengthen cost discipline by identifying drivers and optimizing spend.
Establish and monitor KPIs with reporting and strategic recommendations.
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
