Job summary
Canada Life is seeking a Manager, Technology Strategic Finance in Toronto to drive financial strategy, build business cases, and oversee multi-year technology investment governance across ARM, cloud migrations, and modernization initiatives.
You will lead strategic funding programs, track benefits realization, and provide executive-level insights to Technology and Finance leadership while partnering across teams to optimize technology cost and value realization.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Technology Finance, Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or technology portfolios.
- Financial services or Consulting experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop business cases for strategic technology investments and transformation initiatives.
- Lead financial analysis supporting ARM and cloud initiatives and monitor realization of benefits.
- Oversee portfolio governance, reporting, budgeting and executive commentary for multi-year technology investments.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly executive reporting and translate financial data into strategic recommendations.
