Job summary

CPP Investments is seeking a Director, Technology & Operations Business Management located in Toronto. You will lead strategic financial planning for T&O, partner with senior leaders, and drive cost optimization while developing a high-performing team.

You will shape three-year plans for Market Data and Cloud, translate data into insights for executive decisions, and oversee workforce planning within a global, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience managing multiple initiatives and complex timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with diverse data experience.
• Advanced written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to partner across functions and synthesize diverse perspectives.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of T&O’s three-year financial plan and forecasts.
• Partner with Group Heads and senior leaders to align financial planning and resource allocation.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Strengthen cost discipline by identifying cost drivers and optimization opportunities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and provide strategic reporting to leaders.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
