• 10+ years of HR experience in global organizations.
• Proven HR business partner or talent advisory background.
• Expertise in organizational design and workforce planning.
• Experience advising senior leaders and driving culture and capability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational effectiveness and leadership capability.
• Translate priorities into practical talent and workforce plans.
• Provide data-informed guidance on people decisions using workforce insights.
• Lead organizational design and change initiatives to advance business priorities.
• Coach leaders through leadership and team challenges.
• Collaborate with Talent Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated talent solutions.
