The Opportunity :
We’re searching for a dynamic Director of Talent Management to lead and evolve the organization’s approach to developing people and shaping culture. This isn’t just about HR programs—it’s about building a connected, capable, and future-ready workforce through thoughtful strategy and hands-on leadership.
This role reports directly to the Vice President, People & Culture and plays an integral part on both the P&C leadership team and the broader senior leadership team. You’ll oversee a high-performing group focused on talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, and organizational development—while embedding equity, inclusion, and belonging at every step of the employee journey.
