Job summary

Dominion Dynamics is seeking a Director of Systems Integration to own the architecture of the system-of-systems encompassing aircraft, control stations, ground sensors, and command posts. You will bridge autonomy and aerospace engineering, define interfaces, and govern architecture decisions across multiple teams to ensure safe, integrated operation.

The role demands leadership to scale the systems integration function, resolve conflicts, and maintain ICDs for mission software and vehicle

Qualifications

• Experience architecting systems of systems spanning software autonomy and hardware vehicle platforms.
• Track record owning integration architecture across multiple engineering organisations.
• Comfort with interface control documents and requirements management between software/autonomy and hardware/vehicle teams.
• Ability to resolve architecture-level conflicts with authority to decide.
• Experience building and scaling a systems integration function.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture for the system of systems — aircraft, peers, control stations, sensors, and command posts.
• Bridge autonomy and aerospace engineering orgs by translating needs into actionable requirements.
• Define ICDs for mission autonomy, vehicle management, and subsystems.
• Set integration standards, reviews, and governance for a growing program.
• Lead systems integration reviews and represent architecture at program design reviews.
• Identify and resolve architecture-level conflicts before they affect schedule or safety.
• Build and mentor the systems integration function as the team scales.
