Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical or electrical engineering; technologist considered with relevant experience.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant experience in aircraft systems installation.
• Strong collaboration across engineering disciplines and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review 3D installation layouts, equipment arrangements, routing, supports, assemblies, and detail drawings for assigned aircraft systems (excluding electrical).
• Define interfaces, clearances, access, attachment concepts, and installation provisions for equipment and related hardware.
• Coordinate installation definition with multiple engineering functions and operations teams; manage interfaces and resolve clashes.
