Job summary

Aviso Wealth is seeking a Director, Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management to lead the strategic sourcing and supplier management function across the supplier lifecycle. Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Risk Management & Strategic Sourcing, you will shape the operating model, governance, capabilities and insights to strengthen sourcing decisions and drive value.

You will partner with business leaders and suppliers, lead a high-capacity team and own complex engagements.

Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management.

Responsibilities

Set Strategic Sourcing Direction: Define and advance strategic sourcing practices, using market intelligence, spend insights and business priorities to shape sourcing approaches.
Advance Supplier Lifecycle Management across onboarding, performance, renewal and offboarding.
Strengthen Supplier Performance and Value: Leverage performance, risk and commercial insights to identify improvement opportunities and drive value across the supplier portfolio.
Shape Commercial Strategy and Value Realization: Optimize costs and commercial value through sourcing, negotiation and renewal planning.
Influence Enterprise Decisions and Supplier Relationships: Advise senior leaders on sourcing and supplier decisions and establish governance for key relationships.
Elevate the Function and Build Capability: Lead the function's roadmap, governance, methodologies, technology enablement and team development.
