Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock in Toronto is seeking a Director, Sponsor Analytics to lead the Sponsor Analytics function within Group Benefits. You will deliver insights and reporting to plan sponsors, distribution partners and leaders, shaping the strategy and evolution of sponsor reporting and analytics with trusted data to improve outcomes.

You will partner with Plan Sponsor Services, Distribution, Product, Operations, Data and Technology to develop standardized and customized reporting, dashboards

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in analytics, BI, reporting or related data function.
• Experience developing client-facing analytics and reporting solutions.
• Ability to apply analytics across business problems and translate data into insights.
• Strong governance, privacy and data protection understanding for sponsor-facing reporting.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset; Quebec language requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sponsor Analytics function and team.
• Set priorities and a roadmap aligned with sponsor reporting strategy.
• Translate sponsor needs into meaningful reporting, analytics and insights.
• Evolve sponsor reporting toward proactive, insight-driven analytics.
• Lead sponsor-facing analytics products, dashboards and self-service capabilities.
• Partner with Plan Sponsor Services, Distribution, Product and Data/Technology teams.
