Job summary

Osler Health System seeks a Director, Seniors for Inpatient Rehab, Complex Continuing Care and Transitional Beds to lead clinically integrated programs at Humber Church site. Qualifications

• Master's degree is required for leadership in hospitals and health systems.
• Eight years in acute care with at least five years in progressive leadership.
• Licensing in a regulated health profession is preferred.
• Knowledge of Ontario Health Teams is highly valued.
• Proven ability to lead clinical programs and improve patient care quality.

Responsibilities

• Strategic and operational management of Seniors Program, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Complex Continuing Care and Transitional beds.
• Lead and develop interprofessional teams across multiple sites to deliver safe, high‑quality patient care.
• Monitor performance, budgets and quality metrics and implement improvements.
• Foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to advance integrated care pathways.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
