Job summary

You will work with senior leaders to align goals with the corporate plan, drive quality improvement and ensure safe, high‑quality patient care. Days schedule and a permanent contract reflect the hospital’s commitment to growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing, health administration or business administration is required.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in an acute care hospital with at least five (5) years in progressive leadership roles.
• Licensing in a regulated health profession is preferred.
• Canadian Health Executive accreditation is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate and manage complex programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational management of Cardiology, Stroke & Chronic Diseases programs.
• Develop and implement the program's strategic direction and annual operating plans.
• Provide leadership to an inter-professional team and build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor performance indicators and ensure action plans to achieve results.
• Travel between hospital sites as required and uphold Osler's values.
