Qualifications

Job Description: Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, with strong partnership with the Division IT Vice President, this leadership role is responsible for driving the strategic evolution of the business capabilities, processes, and performance framework required to execute the company’s strategy.

The incumbent will focus on the optimization of business processes, and the extensive use of technology, automation and Artificial Intelligence to accelerate business results.

This position is accountable for business outcomes, process effectiveness, and value realization, working across the rest of the leadership team.

Additionally, this role oversees Revenue Operations (RevOps), with a particular focus on Sales Operations and revenue recognition, ensuring alignment between commercial execution, financial accuracy, and overall revenue performance.
