Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. is seeking a high-impact RevOps leader to drive the strategic evolution of business capabilities, processes, and performance to execute the company’s strategy.

The role focuses on optimizing business processes with technology, automation and AI, and overseeing Revenue Operations with a strong emphasis on Sales Operations and revenue recognition across the full revenue lifecycle. You will partner with the senior leadership to align commercial and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, business operations, process improvement, or transformation roles.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in commercial or operational processes.
  • Strong business and technical acumen.
  • Exposure to digital, analytics, or automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Define the operational capabilities required to support business strategy.
  • Ensure process optimization by extensive use of technology, data and AI.
  • Ensure alignment on initiatives that drive business impact.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards for data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
  • Strengthen decision-making through clear performance metrics.
  • Align business operations and IT roadmaps.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives across Operations, IT, Finance and commercial teams.
  • Drive change management and adoption of digital solutions.
  • Lead RevOps with focus on Sales Operations and revenue recognition across the full revenue lifecycle (lead-to-cash).
  • Optimize sales performance through structured pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and standardized sales processes and KPIs.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance across CRM and commercial systems to support reliable reporting.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition, aligning operational processes with financial standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement of revenue-related processes through automation and analytics.

Job description

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, with strong partnership with the Division IT Vice President, this leadership role is responsible for driving the strategic evolution of the business capabilities, processes, and performance framework required to execute the company’s strategy.

The incumbent will focus on the optimization of business processes, and the extensive use of technology, automation and Artificial Intelligence to accelerate business results.

This position is accountable for business outcomes, process effectiveness, and value realization, working across the rest of the leadership team.

Additionally, this role oversees Revenue Operations (RevOps), with a particular focus on Sales Operations and revenue recognition, ensuring alignment between commercial execution, financial accuracy, and overall revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

Currency: CAD

Salary Minimum: 130,000
