Loblaw is seeking a Director, Record-to-Report - Central Services to lead the performance and financial integrity across Project Systems and Fixed Assets for SDM, LCL, LRE and Franchise operations. This role oversees internal teams and third-party partners, driving standardized processes and strong controls.

You will shape the R2R strategy, manage risk, and deliver continuous improvements through automation and data analytics, partnering with Finance, Technology and business teams.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Record-to-Report or related discipline.
• Experience leading complex financial operations across multiple businesses or stakeholder groups.
• Experience with offshore/third-party service delivery and governance.

• Own end-to-end performance of Project Systems and Fixed Assets services across the Central Services portfolio.
• Lead transformation initiatives to standardize, automate and improve R2R processes.
• Govern third-party and offshore service delivery with clear accountability.
• Maintain strong financial controls and audit readiness.
