Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a senior leader to unify business development with product and portfolio strategy for Quantum space growth. You will own end-to-end execution from discovery to global go-to-market, influencing senior leadership and shaping strategic partnerships with Europe and North America.

This role offers significant leadership exposure and opportunities to accelerate next-generation offerings.

Qualifications

10+ years in senior business development or GTM roles.
Experience in Quantum sensing, space market, or complex B2B solutions.
Proven ability to lead NPD and NPI and drive portfolio investments.

Responsibilities

Lead Quantum business development across Europe and North America, building strategic partnerships.
Translate customer priorities into scalable solutions and differentiated value propositions.
Drive net-new customer acquisition and market penetration with targeted playbooks for priority accounts.
Own deal-shaping strategies, including pricing frameworks and partnership models to maximize margin.
Guide NPD/NPI and portfolio investments with ROI models and business cases.
Ensure rapid commercialization and global go-to-market execution.
