Qualifications

• Healthcare-related degree with active registration in a health-related profession.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare environment.
• May consider a combination of related education and experience.
• Master’s degree in healthcare or leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Patient Relations staff to provide quality service and comply with legislation.
• Contribute to development and implementation of PR operational plan with ED and PR leadership.
• Represent PR in provincial committees and collaborate with UHS leadership on quality initiatives.
