Job summary

Cognition+ in London, Ontario or remote Canada is seeking a Director of Product Management to define the product vision and strategy for the Enterprise Insurance Management Platform, while leading Product Owners, Business Analysts, UAT, and governance activities.

You will partner with clients, industry stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, set strategic priorities, and drive solutions delivering measurable business value for our clients in the P&C space.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading product management teams and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance workflows and regulatory needs.
• Proven ability to translate market insights into product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Lead the Product organization, including Product Owners, BAs, UATs, and governance.
• Collaborate with executives to align investments with growth objectives.
• Develop deep market understanding in Canada/US and translate insights into strategy.
• Drive client centricity, innovation, and measurable business outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs, adoption, satisfaction, and business impact; mentor teams.
