Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned product areas.
• Translate operational needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Own and manage the product backlog for assigned product streams.

Skills

5+ years insurance experience

Strong knowledge of insurance operations

Ability to model/document requirements

Solid technical understanding of systems architecture

Familiarity with policy administration systems

Proficient in Azure DevOps, Jira, Miro

Excellent communication skills

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

Detail-oriented with high standards

Familiarity with Agile methodologies
