The Director, Performance Media is a senior execution and buying leader. This is a hands‑on leadership role: you'll own execution quality, buying decisions, and pacing across Paid Search and Paid Social, lead a team of buyers, and act as the accountable owner.

The salary range for this position is $100k-$110k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
