About the Role :
The Director, People & Culture Business Partner will support their portfolio in all P&C areas, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, communication and performance management. They will drive HR and corporate strategies, foster collaboration by identifying gaps and organizational needs, and support supervisors and managers in professional development. They will provide guidance to ensure People & Culture programs align with Wittington's values and culture
