About You :
About the position :
Reporting to the Vice President, Children and Youth Services, the Director of Operations, Children and Youth Services is responsible for providing leadership and support to multiple Early Years and School Age Child Care programs and staff. This leadership position requires strategic thinking, independent action, and flexibility to navigate and respond effectively to diverse demands within programs. The Director is instrumental in providing insight and support to the operating plan for the branch and assisting in attaining growth objectives. The role not only involves day to day management but requires providing input to strategic decisions and assisting the Vice President, Children and Youth Services in navigating the complexities of program management in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
