Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8–10 years of relevant experience; 3–5 years of managerial experience.
• CSCMP/NISCL/MCIPS certification required or in progress.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong budgeting, financial management, and risk mitigation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Formulates supply chain strategies aligned with university goals.
• Develops procurement solutions and leverages technology for supplier management.
• Ensures compliance with Trade Agreements, directives, and laws.
• Mentors procurement team and conducts training for consistency.
• Oversees P2P system integrity and vendor management.
• Negotiates complex contracts and SLAs with vendors.
• Performs duties in compliance with policies and legislation.
