• Experience leading large-scale growth initiatives, integrations, or partnerships in platforms.
• AI fluency and ability to lead through transformation.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, forecasting, and capacity modeling for org growth.
• Own investment briefs, business cases, and resourcing for priorities.
• Define OKRs and build scorecards, reviews, and dashboards.
• Lead readiness for product launches and partnerships, incl. vendor management.
