Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance excellence, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion into new geographic areas, industries, and customer segments.
  4. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and promote customer loyalty.
  5. Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations teams to enhance product offerings, improve service delivery, and optimize customer satisfaction.
