Job summary

BGC South Coast BC is seeking a Director of Resource Development to lead fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, and partnership development. This senior role reports to the President & CEO and oversees a growing portfolio, including major gifts, grants, and sponsorships.

The position requires a university degree with at least five years of fundraising experience and a CFRE is an asset. The role is full-time in Vancouver with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• University degree in related discipline.
• CFRE designation is an asset.
• Proven fundraising portfolio experience including major gifts, grants and sponsorships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Resource Development Team and oversee fundraising strategy.
• Manage donor engagement, stewardship, grants and sponsorships.
• Develop annual plans with targets and performance metrics to grow revenue.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team on strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
