Matrix360 is a people‑first talent and workplace culture firm for the commercial real estate and development (CRED) industry. For more than 20 years, we’ve helped organizations build stronger teams, healthier workplaces, and more inclusive cultures because when people thrive, businesses thrive.
We understand the CRED industry deeply—and we care about the people who drive it and the communities it shapes. That’s why we lead with a human‑centered approach to everything we do. We listen closely, we meet organizations where they are, and we bring the insight and guidance needed to help teams work better together. Through talent advisory, leadership support, and culture transformation, we help workplaces become places where people feel valued, respected, and able to do their best work.
At Matrix360, equity isn’t an add‑on, it’s embedded in how we partner, how we recruit, and how we help organizations grow. We are committed to creating fair access and opportunity at every stage of employment and leadership, so people and businesses can succeed together.
Our client, a privately held property and asset management group with more than five decades of operating history in the Greater Toronto Area, is looking for a Director of Property Management to succession plan alongside current leadership. This is a full-accountability role over a mixed‑use portfolio spanning retail, office, industrial and multi‑residential assets across North York, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Mississauga and Scarborough. You’ll report directly to ownership and executive leadership, and you’ll own the operating and capital budgets, the management team, and the relationships with owners and tenants that make this portfolio run. Base salary $170,000–$210,000, plus discretionary bonus, pension matching, and full health, dental and vision coverage.
Fifty years in the real estate industry has built a solid reputation that attracts great tenants, clients, long‑tenured staff, and an ownership group that manages the business without bureaucratic processes. It is about service and quality. Construction, finance, tenant marketing and lease administration are all handled in‑house, and leasing runs through their own affiliated brokerage, so there’s no outside vendor to chase when something needs to move.
Our client is seeking someone who can walk into a long‑standing operation with respect and still push the business forward without missing a beat and adding value to the tenant experience and the growth of the business.
