Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI) Canada is seeking a Director of Commercial Pricing and Data Governance to lead the enterprise pricing strategy and data governance functions in Canada.

You will build a centralized pricing organization, move pricing ownership from Sales, align guardrails and analytics, and drive revenue growth while improving data quality and governance across Supplier Services, GS1 and master data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of financial/analytical experience, customer-facing preferred.
• Experience with SQL; Power BI is preferred.
• Strong pricing, governance, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise pricing strategy for UNFI Canada.
• Lead Data Governance across Retalix, MCB, GS1 inputs and master data.
• Build and lead centralized pricing org and establish guardrails.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions.
