Noble Corporation is hiring a Purchasing Supervisor at our Jane Head Office in Canada. You will lead purchasing strategies, collaborate with Sales to align supply with demand, and use ERP/MRP tools to optimize inventory and reporting.

You’ll monitor market trends, manage supplier performance, and develop a best-in-class team to ensure top service levels. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, vendor management, and proactive policy execution, with a focus on delivering value to customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or related field.
• Working knowledge of ERP and WMS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, time-management and analytical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team player.
• Self-motivated with initiative and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies for materials and services.
• Collaborate with Sales to match supply with demand.
• Use ERP/MRP systems to manage inventory and produce reports for management.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance for competitive pricing.
• Lead and develop the purchasing team; ensure contract compliance.
• Identify new sources of supply and support policy implementation.
