The Operations Manager is responsible for managing Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, while also collaborating with Finance, Quality, Human Resources, and Environmental Health and Safety. This position involves developing and adhering to the annual production budget, participating in new product development and planning, and attending various organizational meetings. The Operations Manager is responsible for supervising all direct and indirect reports in a way that benefits all employees and fosters a positive working relationship with them.
