Grewal Guyatt LLP in Richmond Hill, Ontario, seeks a Director of Marketing and Business Development to drive the firm’s marketing, sales and client-relations strategy. You will oversee branding, content, digital and events, partnering with Managing Partners to plan and execute initiatives that build market presence and client pipelines.

You will lead SEO and analytics, manage CRM and email campaigns, and mentor teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and events across service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, sales and business development; professional services experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop measurable marketing strategies and events that drive growth and opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the firm's marketing, business development and client relationship initiatives.
• Develop networking and business development plans with senior partners and leadership.
• Plan and host in-person and virtual events; manage editorial and content planning.
