Job summary

WestCana Services Inc. is seeking a maintenance manager to lead the on-site facilities team at a retirement home in Burnaby, BC. The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory maintenance experience, with strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and safety inspections.

You will develop preventive maintenance programs, manage budgets, hire and train staff, and oversee maintenance of machinery and electrical systems. A college diploma or equivalent and English language proficiency are required.
