Job summary

Peak Performance Products Inc. is seeking a strategic, hands-on IT and Operations leader to own the technology roadmap.

Based in Mississauga, this full-time, in-person role oversees ERP, WMS, and CRM, partners with sales, finance, and operations, and leads a team of IT staff and contractors. You will drive efficiencies, implement AI-driven process improvements, ensure security with Darktrace and CrowdStrike, and partner with departments to scale our distribution and eCommerce efforts, including

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP administration experience in a distribution or similar business.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional collaboration across sales, warehouse, finance, and procurement.
• Experience supporting sales orgs: CRM usage, sales reporting, and pipeline visibility.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams and drive adoption of new tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT staff and contractors; prioritize projects and align tech initiatives with company goals.
• Own ERP, WMS, and CRM optimization, configuration, workflows, and reporting.
• Support warehouse ops, inventory planning, and system-driven process improvements.
• Oversee integrations and customizations with external consultants as needed.
• Identify AI-driven efficiencies in order entry, AP, and customer service.
