In a context of sustained growth and transformation of its activities, Lacroix Medical Group is seeking a Director of Information Technology who will actively contribute to the organization's technological evolution.
Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Director of IT plays a strategic role across the entire network. They are responsible for defining, structuring, and developing the IT function to effectively support the organization's operations, growth, and ambitions.
They provide leadership for technology strategy, infrastructure, business systems, cybersecurity, data governance, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence.
He is also responsible for the performance of his team and the organization's technology partner ecosystem.
This role is for an experienced, business-oriented, and results-driven IT leader who can combine strategic vision with excellent execution.
Your Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy and Governance: Define and deploy the IT vision and master plan in line with the strategic, operational, and financial priorities of Groupe médical Lacroix. Advise senior management on investments, risks, and key technological choices.
Ensure the performance, robustness, and high availability of the infrastructure and technology platforms essential to the network's medical and administrative activities, including ERP, CRM, DME, LIS, SaaS, and cloud environments.
Identify and prioritize initiatives to transform the organization through technology, data valorization, automation, and artificial intelligence. Lead major technology projects and ensure their effective integration into operations.
Maintain high standards in cybersecurity, information protection, redundancy, and business continuity in an environment where system availability and the protection of medical data are critical.
Lead and develop a competent, autonomous, and accountable IT team. Establish clear objectives and performance indicators, ensure rigorous budget management, and optimize the contribution of suppliers, consultants, and technology partners.
At Lacroix Medical Group, technology must meet the realities on the ground.
The IT Director will therefore need to maintain close contact with the various business units and network teams to understand their needs, anticipate challenges, and ensure that technological solutions contribute concretely to operational performance and service quality.
The position consequently requires excellent mobility. The successful candidate will be required to travel regularly throughout the Lacroix network in Quebec to meet with teams, support projects, and remain connected to the operational realities of the various facilities.
This on-the-ground presence is an essential component of the role and not an occasional responsibility.
The mandate expressly includes regular visits to service points.

Lacroix Medical Group offers a competitive total compensation package including:Annual salary of $140,000 to $175,000, depending on experience and expertise; 4 weeks of vacation and 4 paid personal days; RRSP+ program with employer contribution; Cell phone allowance; Lacroix Health Credit; and an annual Lacroix gift card.
