Job summary

LGI Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Leader to transform strategic vision into high-performing clinical solutions. You will drive the product roadmap, translate clinical needs into capabilities, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-evolving healthcare tech environment in Quebec.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in product management within healthcare, strong UI/UX sense, and fluency in French (FR) with good English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, digital health or a related field.
• 8+ years in product management, business analysis or digital transformation in healthcare.
• Experience as Product Manager with backlog management and leading complex initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical sector, health IT interoperability.
• Excellent UI/UX knowledge.
• Familiarity with Agile and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Strong interest in AI tools applied to product management.
• High autonomy, leadership and collaboration in evolving environments.
• Pragmatic Marketing certification is a plus.
• Fluent French; bilingual FR/EN is a plus.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Director, Product, you will transform strategic vision into concrete, intuitive and high-performing solutions that directly contribute to improving patient care and the experience of healthcare professionals. We are looking for a highly autonomous individual who demonstrates natural leadership, can engage stakeholders with minimal guidance and ideally already possesses a strong understanding of the clinical environment in Quebec.

How will your contributions make an impact?

• Contribute, alongside senior leadership, to defining the strategic vision and lifecycle of a flagship product within our clinical solutions portfolio, while ensuring regular and proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Gather and understand client needs, requirements and challenges, and translate them into product capabilities to enhance the product and ensure its alignment with client expectations.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap; manage priorities by assessing the value of enhancement requests; create clear and detailed user stories; and approve completed developments to ensure strategic alignment.
• Provide strong leadership to development teams by serving as a subject-matter expert on the client and clinical context and independently influencing decisions.
• Collaborate closely with delivery, quality assurance and deployment teams to ensure the quality, compliance and security of delivered products.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare network partners and key users.
• Represent the product in relevant forums, including external events, and deliver training sessions or demonstrations as needed.
• Actively contribute to customer support efforts alongside various internal teams by leading assessments in response to client challenges.

Qualifications

What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, digital health or a related field, or any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience;
• A minimum of eight years of experience in product management, business analysis or digital transformation, including significant experience in the healthcare sector;
• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager, including managing a product backlog and leading complex initiatives with minimal supervision;
• In-depth knowledge of the clinical sector, care delivery processes, health information systems and clinical data interoperability—considered a significant asset if acquired in a comparable environment;
• Excellent knowledge of user interface and user experience design principles (UI/UX);
• Familiarity with Agile principles and product management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps;
• A strong interest in and comfort with AI tools applied to product management, along with the ability to integrate them meaningfully into daily practices to improve efficiency;
• A high degree of autonomy, natural leadership, a strong collaborative mindset and the ability to operate confidently in a constantly evolving, lightly structured environment;
• Pragmatic Marketing certification or an equivalent certification is considered an asset;
• Fluent French (spoken and written) is required for this position. Bilingualism (FR/EN) will be considered an asset, as the successful candidate will work with documentation in both French and English and communicate verbally and in writing with French- and English-speaking partners, clients, vendors and colleagues.
