Anishinaabe Abinoojii Family Services is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to provide leadership and oversight for the Agency’s human resources functions.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Human Resources works closely with Senior Management to support organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, HR compliance and employee relations. This position ensures that HR practices, and services support the Agency’s mission, operational needs, and service delivery priorities.
The work will primarily be performed in a typical office environment. The position requires extended periods of sitting and computer work, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Travel to First Nation communities and flexibility in working hours may be required to meet operational, HR, and IT needs.
$115,334.46 - $141,450
